Welcome to the University of Louisville’s Belknap Campus. We invite you to explore our urban forest of more than 1,000 trees of many diverse species. A self-guided tour is available for download (PDF) or you can pick up a printed guide at the North Information Center, 1999 S. First Street, during business hours (call 502-852-6565 for information and parking suggestions).

    Are you aware that the apple tree next to the Standard Oil building was propagated from Sir Isaac Newton’s tree? I have a copy of the documentation if you are interested.
